Which browsers support streamed Loom downloads?
Current desktop Chrome and Edge have the browser media features needed to convert streams and can write the MP4 directly to disk. Other browsers may still download direct MP4s, and importing into Chairkick remains available as a fallback.
What happens to my Loom transcripts and comments?
Loom's transcripts and comments stay in Loom. When you import into Chairkick, each video gets a fresh transcript, AI summary, and chapters generated automatically — and comments start collecting on the new share link.
