How does the free trial work?
Every new account starts with 14 days of full Pro — 4K recording, unlimited videos, editing, downloads, and Loom and Cap imports. No credit card required, and nothing is charged unless you decide to subscribe.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your videos and share links keep working forever — nothing is deleted. Recording and importing pause until you subscribe, and pick up right where you left off when you do.
Who counts as a paid user?
Only people who record. Teammates, clients, and anyone with a share link can watch, comment, and react without an account — and without ever counting toward your bill.
How does yearly billing work?
Pro is $6 per user per month when billed yearly — $72 per user for the year, a 33% saving over monthly billing. Pick the interval when you upgrade.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage your subscription from your billing settings — you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and your videos stay watchable afterward.
How does this compare to Loom's pricing?
Loom lists Business at $18 and Business + AI at $24 per user per month. In new and migrated Atlassian workspaces, paid plans no longer support Creator Lite roles; legacy workspaces may retain them until migration, and external share-link viewers are not workspace users.
